Dr Leow Khang Leng is a Consultant Cardiologist at Nobel Heart Centre (Mount Elizabeth Novena). He obtained his Medical degree from the University of Sheffield and Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), U.K in ,2002. He also completed his Advanced Specialist Training, Cardiology with National Heart Centre Singapore in 2010.
In 2011, Dr Leow joined Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and received the Health Manpower Development Plan award to subspecialise in interventional cardiology at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney, Australia.
Upon completion of his training, he returned to KTPH and was part of the team that helped build the 24-hour primary angioplasty service in the northern region of Singapore.
Dr Leow subspecialises in interventional cardiology, and is experienced in invasive cardiology procedures such as balloon catheter angioplasty, coronary angiography, coronary stenting, emergency heart attack treatment and intra-aortic balloon pump insertion.

Dr Leow joined the National Heart Centre Singapore in 2007 and held several key leadership positions at KTPH, including director of the Coronary Care Unit, clinical lead for the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, director of the Cardiovascular Centre, and chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He also sits on the hospital’s medical device committee and represents KTPH at the National Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings.
Dr Leow continues to be actively involved in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, nurse clinicians and pharmacists. He was an adjunct assistant professor with the department of medicine at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, a clinical teacher at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and a core clinical faculty member in cardiology of the National Healthcare Group Cardiology Residency Programme.
In addition, Dr Leow was the clinical supervisor for the first batch of non-medical prescribers from the National Collaborative Prescribing Programme launched in March 2018.
Dr Leow is also a member of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions and the Heart Failure Association of the European Society of Cardiology.

4. As the tele-consult request needs to be approved by the doctor, you will receive an SMS and Email confirming your request.
5. You will receive a video consultation link by SMS and Email when your appointment is near.
6. Click the link to start your consultation.
7. Once complete, you will receive a link by SMS and Email on the amount payable to the clinic.
8. If you have selected delivery of medication, a delivery fee will apply to your final bill amount.
A standard delivery fee of $15-20 will be charged for medication delivery.
